The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality room and high quality service. Best of all was the receptionist Avatar... I came from canada and i call them for room. They didn't provide me and cut the phone. Bad experience don't go to there hotel

This hotel is impeccable , service is good , staff is good and helpful . Especially sagar sharma , we had noise issue from gym above , our room was instantly changed and given upgrade . Better prices for room and F&B Sagar you're a star ,highly recommend this hotel
horrible experience ..let me add few. 1- staffs are horrible please don't expect not even a single water bottle. 2- I paid 2100 for 1 night and got Rooms are old and not upgraded for long time 3-Blankets were dirty and old and they were small too for 2 people 4-AC is installed very far from bed and it takes a long time to get your room cooler. Bathroom was very dirty and looks like it is not maintained, they have not provided basic bathroom kits, with just a single towel Bathroom comod was faulty/defective Think twice before booking this property . a bad experience can make your entire journey horrible. please book other hotel
Amazingly big size rooms which is a very rarity nowadays in the hotel industry. Very good service and also they upgraded us to a superior room. overall a very satisfying experience. The only drawback is for any public transport one has to walk a distance.
Let me tell u something about this place And its an honest and non Sponsored review I came to jammu and the first thing i was looking was a good hotel but not that much expensive I came to bahu plaza and had my dinner at Eden and then i saw this hotel and at first i was not so sure about the place but when i booked the room and checked the place, this hotel has everything to give you except swimming pool . Ac rooms / TV / bath tub and king size beds . After my first stay my friend decided to stay here only for next few days too rather than roaming around and wasting time to look for other options. City like this and the pricing i definelty will recommend this place to everyone who is looking for hotel with moderate pricing
