Staff Suman (5 Star ) great help ( other guy on charge while suman on leave totally odd , he dont know how to behave )..! When at this property always stay in contact with suman for payments and service , as he can handle like champ and he knows all about customer service

Note : This is more like a guest house, and not a hotel, so do not expect services in one call. However, the good part is, location right at the heart of Nagerbazaar, and the price is quite pocket friendly. Con : The breakfast could have been improved, and could have been given more options as though what customers want to eat instead of pushing on what is today's menu. Another Pro: There are limited number of rooms, so Not very chaotic. Overall I would give 3.8/5

nice hotel for staying. room is clean & spacious. locality is congested as nagerbazar market is just outside the hotel. food not available in this hotel but in surrounding area restaurants are available or can order online. staff vikki is very helpful. overall very good stay.

I had visited this place during Dushera. It is located at Nager Bazaar. Actually it is a consolidation of two properties situated near Nager bazaar police station. However if you came from Airport or Dumdum station, it is good otherwise from Howrah, it will take more than 1 hour. Evenif due to its location, Ola bookings were cancelled by the drivers. The person at reception is a good and single one as a care taker who will attend you. But I found some old items like bed sheet and etc in the war dobe of my booked room. Due to the distance issue and as well as its cleanliness, I recommended this hotel as 3 star. A mixed experience. Mixed experience.

I didnt find the rooms' condition good. Ac rooms but room size is small. No water heater provided although you can ask for hot water. Toilets are cramped.

Quite decent place. Service was good . Manager was friendly and supportive. No food service was available in the Hotel, but guest can bring their food from outside or can order them through food delivery app. Budget friendly hotel. Recommended for solo travelers who is looking for a budget friendly hotel near South Damdam area.

Peaceful Environment, beautiful and comfortable rooms. Always good connectivity from the Airport. Polite staff. Overall perfect for your stay in kolkata. Very reasonable rate, Everyone should try to stay here atleast once . thanks Goibibo.

1. Room was Good (considering price) 2. The Boy who was in the reception was good in behaviour 3. Bathroom was very good 4. But they should use room freshner, cuz the room had a slight damp smell 5. The location is also good (near nager bajar auto stand) 6. But finding the hotel is a little bit challenging, cus it is a very crowded and congested area
