The mountain view from the balcony of the room is very beautiful.
You will get the rooms within the affordability of online booking, check the room rent is more or less. The room condition was good according to the rent.
I went 1 hour after the check-in time, the room was still not ready, we waited at least 40 to 45 minutes. Moreover, there was no problem.

One of the great hotels for the budget stay and has a great view from the room and balcony. Little bit at elevation of 45deg from Gandhi road 800m from Ramada. Nice food, you can order whatever you want to eat.

No house keeping.
Even dustbin clearance person is not there.
Food price are quite high in hotel.
Only one plug point. That is difficult to maintain electric use.
Emergency bulb is there only one in the room after electric cut off you will get only 2 hr light backup.
No doctors on call. Nearest hospital is planters hospital.

Free WiFi is there in the hotel but which has good speed in reception only not in the rooms.

No parking space and most of all, it's too high!!
You have to literally climb to reach there and then, again you have to go downstairs to have your room!! Too pathetic experience.
Hated the rooms and the bathrooms. The staff wasn't very nice either. The service was bad. Only good thing was the fact that it's close to the Darjeeling Mall Road and the views from the Mountain View room are nice.
