Worst hotel I've ever seen in Rishikesh. Rude staff, they even not provide the towels and not even water in room. If you asked for needs above they want you to get all these from reception. Worst service. The rooms they offer are congested and suffocated with the high prices. They ask money for every service. Want to give zero rating but minimum rating here is one, so sharing my one day experience here.

Worst rooms. Suffocating. No balcony . No view. If you have any other options choose that instead of this hotel. Pillows were not clean. Not recommended. The dinner they offered was the worst.

Don't rent scooty from them , they will not return you advance amount back , fraud , hotel room not clean , washroom so dirty , pillow also not clean

Rating: Impeccable service, good accommodations, and a memorable stay. Highly recommended. The hotel's location is fantastic, offering easy access to popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation.

This hotel is very far from swarg ashram location. No roaming place near by. Hotel location is very dirty. strictly not recommended for senior citizens. No parking place near by, its aprox 1 kms away and Rs 200 charge per day. Waste of money. Staff is not coperative at all as well. Rooms are very congested & suffocated. No balcony attached with rooms, no view at all.

They do fraud , if you rent a scooty and give advance they will not return your advance amount . Room also not clean

Cheater,we were miss informed about the location of the hotel . We had to travel through a boat over ganga to reach the hotel with all our luggage and weren't sent any staff to help us.The manager asked for the advance when we booked the hotel and later on after facing these issues he denied us the refund and disrespectfully said "jo karna hai karle koi farak nhi padta" and disconnect the call

Fraud staff , do not rent scooty from them , they took advance but not return money back
