Pleasant stay,staff are courteous and obliging, receptionists are well mannered, restaurant staff Mr.Bappi is good and his energy ,hospitality is encouraging .service is good ,room service good but room maintenance, plumbing, electrical,lifts service has to be improved.
What I liked most about the Hotel is the Restaurant service,food quality, the complimentary breakfast menu and most mentionable is service given by Mr.Bappi at Breakfast area. The room I was given was having small cockroaches which was unpleasant
Dormitory was not available, so it was difficult to arrange stay facilities for driver. Due to close proximity we didn't get fresh air. Breakfast was good but again suffocate, no ventilation.
Recently booked the banquet hall for my sister's wedding. Very much spacious, Excellent support staff and Manager Arun very much cooperative throughout the event. Food was amazing and appreciated by all our guests.
