Hotel Tourist Palace - Hotel in New Delhi - New Delhi, India

My stay experience was good. Room was super comfortable and service is also good. Plus the manager is super friendly and can arrange almost everything inside the room.

The hotel is not what I expected.let me share point wise: 1. It's written king sized bed which is not true. 2. No towels and Soap were there. 3. Toilet bathroom smells bad and not hygienic. 4. Weird Smell in a room. 5. No Intercom 6. Lift is not working, you have to climb all the way to 3rd,4th floor. 7. THE MOST IMPORTANT IS THAT THEY SAID US TO STAY OUTSIDE FOR AN HOURS AS THEIR MIGHT BE POLICE RAID(i don't i'understand why), might be some kind of illegal thing they are doing it. Being in a prime location of Aerocity this hotel is not recommended by me at al.

A nice place to visit. Hosted a business meet. Things were all good. No doubt they had good chef. The interiors of the hotel are nice. Would recommend for business as well as personal stay also

Budget friendly hotel. It is hardly 300-400 meter from Aerocity Metro Station but It is not located in the main road. Worth staying. Old pattern furniture, Smart TV provided without remote, even though I asked for the same they told you can watch TV though local disc.Free Wi fi available. Staff is humble.

Hotel is not good, I was here last night for few hours to sleep, Bed Was Very Dirty, dirty pillows. No Drinking Water Plz Avoid

Iits a very disgusting place to stay. with cleanliness not at all being a matter for these people. I have been down with extreme cold after sleeping in this room last night. it is so much of dirt all over. The bath towel is the one i got it after i asked them to replace the old one. imagine the replaced one is in this condition , what would have been the condition of the old one. have not used either of them, it is that unhygienic. all in all this stay is a disaster for me.To add on even wi fi doesn't work and they don't respond to calls at the reception.
