Good rooms with quality service at good location of siliguri
The hotel is nice for a stay of day or two. There is no lift in the hotel so if you have room in 2nd floor then you have to use the stairs. Great food and service. Cosmos mall is in walking distance . Parking available

It's located on the main road and easily accessible and locatable. It's around 30-45 mins drive from the Airport and overall the hospitality is above average.
Food can be improved which would make it even more considerable.

Its in the middle of the city and we can avail any type of service in the midnight. As per the location it at the best place even biggest malls are nearby. Service is not that good and rooms are also good.. It has a good lawn for marriages and big function
Room is very spacious and beautifully decorated. All the amenities are available in the room. Two kind of rooms are available, one with balcony and other without balcony but very spacious. All the balcony room has refrigerator. Food is tasty but very costly. It has a bar which is very costly, A 650 ml beer bottle costs around 350 rs. Area is very peaceful. Staffs are well behaved but not very helping. The same goes with manager. Cost of rooms changes according to occasion and availability. The girl itself is very spacious.
I am a regular guest for this hotel for business purposes. First time I visited with my family for a holiday trip. Staff are very supportive and friendly. Only veg foods are served here. Food quality is very good.
It was little difficult to find but managed somehow. Had easy check in. Staff was good. Did not have food at the hotel so can not comment on it. Rooms are small in size but have no complaints because of cleanliness and the good price. I recommend this property to others who are on transit to Bagdogra or Gangtok/Bhutan

Attended a wedding reception. Service staff and security people were very polite and helpful. Location is very good if you want to be in the center of this town, not a very good location if you want a little bit of peace and quiet around you.
