Hotel Tourist Deluxe - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

The hotel is simply amazing. The food is made by order and is fresh and tasty !! The help and support extended by the hotel made my stay outstandingly memorable. Wish I could give them more than five stars....

We enjoyed our Stay here during our stay at Delhi. Excellent Location. Very near to New Delhi Railway Station (within a Km ). Though the area wad busy and noisy, Hotel is situated inside. So no disturbance at all. Rooms are Nice. AC, Geyser, TV etc were working nicely. Complementary Water Bottles were provided. Bed and Linen provided were good. Toiletries were provided. Restaurant was very good. We have enjoyed our Stay here.

The Hotel's USP is proximity to new Delhi railway station. The room wasn't great. Lights were not functioning Food ordered was delivered after more than a hour that too after personally visiting the reception Overall the experience was not pleasant. Will not recommend to stay here

I must say this hotel had very good rooms at reasonable price ... If you are travelling through train from New Delhi railway station and need a place to stay this is the one . The staff was warm and welcoming as well,good behavior and good service. yes proper and better for family

I had booked an Executive AC room in this hotel for a 4-night stay in New Delhi. One of the deciding factors for this choice was the hotel's adjacency to a metro station, which in this case, is the New Delhi Metro Station. However, the hotel locality (Pahar Ganj) is extremely congested, underdeveloped, and cacophonous. To further aggravate the situation, it is a hassle for any traveler who chooses public transport over privately booked cabs to explore as the battery and auto rickshaw drivers around the area are always on the lookout to overcharge and/or rob unaware travelers. The highlight of this hotel however, is their staff and their humble, old-spirited yet progressive, "guest is god" attitude and service towards their customers. My 4-star review is solely based on this parameter. All hotel staff members (starting from the doorman to the housekeeper) are available 24x7 for any guest need that may arise, rooms are cleaned everyday, and normal room services such as requirement for drinking water bottles, tea, extra blankets/toiletries/towels, etc. are attended within a 4-5 minute waiting time, at the most. However, if one is ordering food from the Hotel Restaurant named 'Palm Grove', it might take a while based on the complexity and quantity of items ordered. The restaurant food is however, extremely overpriced. I will not comment on the taste as I always either ate outside (many food thelas, tea shops, and juice stalls are available at a walking distance from the hotel premises) or ordered online. All in all, it was a mostly positive experience with a few negatives as I have listed above. P.S. The hotel is one of 3 hotels owned by S. Chand and Co. (the famous book publishing house in India) in New Delhi. The other two being - the Hotel Tourist (same premises as this one), and the Iris Hometel in Harinagar.

Nice and cheap hotels available near new delhi railway station. Hotel staff are polite and humble. 10 mins walk from NDLS Station.

My stay at Hotel Tourist Deluxe was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel's elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The attentive and courteous staff catered to my every need, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again.

It was nice stay there.The staff,service,response is really good..The manager Mr PG Singh was a very nice person.Only negative point is that the area is very much congested.However the hotel worths a 5* rating.
