We had a very bad experience with the impolite and rude behavior of the Front office staff (the girls specially). They don't even have the basic smile and helping nature which is the core of hospitality. It appears only Assamese speakers get the services here. Staff don't know much of Hindi or English. So, you will find lost in translation. We saw good behavior with Assamese speaking people, but a tinge of indifference for Non-Assamese speaking people. They have this subtle mocking tendency in low voices between them and giggling. "Excuse me, where are you going?" That is how front desk will speak with you? If you are not looking for decency and just need a place to crash, this is a good fit. But, if you believe you are paying money for some decency, then you are losing. Owner seems concerned about hospitality and have given his number online, but he is not actually interested in training or ensuring the place is welcoming. There is nothing you can do after the owner leaves premise in the evening. Can understand his priority for cheap labors. Clean rooms and courteous staff. The owner himself gets involved in handling customers. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AND WILL NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO GO EITHER.

Bad experience. In spite of booking online through male my trip and paying for breakfast, we were denied breakfast at the hotel. Moreover rooms were not that clean and toilet was dirty.

It's a Quite Good Place For Visit at Any Ocassion. Do Visit With Your Friends, Family, you will Like It . Even the Foods are Too Tasty And Served in a Huge Amount , Proper Paisaa Vasool !!! Only one Demerits Which I Didn't Like About this Hotel Is The Lighting , They Must Put some more lights Inside the Rooms . Anyways Do Visit

Service is not that good, though rooms are ok in this price range. The only good thing about this hotel is its location, Thursday and Sunday is Bazaar day in Beltola for shopping of any kind of vegetables and local products

Front office behavior was nasty with dirty uniform. They do not know how to talk with people. Room smell was full of cigarettes. Would not recommend to others.

The receptionist had the audacity to not provide service and at the same time show arrogance. The room might look nice on the face of it but the fans are located miles away from the bed, rendering it useless.

The Service And Staff Is So Good.The Hotel Is So Luxurious There Is Resturant You Have To Order So tasty food.

Good staff with friendly behaviour, clean rooms but a tad bit expensive. Overall a nice experience.
