Very bad experience with this hotel staff Behavior. Robin sir behaviour is so good He always how to deal with the guest but in his absence his staff doesn't know how to talk with guests.Especially On reception His name is harpreet singh he dont knw how to behave with guest Worst experience .

My experience at TNG hotel was fabulous. I had my 18th birthday party on the rooftop on the 5th of Feb with a gathering of 30 people and everything was perfect, like the way I wanted it. Their service was fast, reliable and their staff were super cooperative and very friendly as they did their up most best to carry out their high quality service throughout the night. In addition to that their food was amazing, all their entree's and mains tasted delicious and were complimented by all our guests. I totally recommend this place to all. If you are looking for a place to have a birthday function, get togethers or really good food, then this place is it. Thank you so much to the staff, especially DAKSH SHARMA for being committed to such a great service!!

Had a great experience with TNG! We attended a birthday party on the rooftop and we were absolutely impressed by their service and good quality. Recommend to all!

I would recommend a visit here. The food is delicious. We ordered the paneer butter masala and it was one of the best I had ever tasted. Tho I would like to warn you , the bar and restaurant share a common space . So , dont go if you dont like people drinking on the next table. For people who do drink alcohol, they have many options. The staff is well trained, they are patient and love to help.

So, this is a pretty dope place. I have been here 3 times and my experience is great. I had the best fish starters here. The main course options are very limited... That's the only problem... Great service and staff. You have option of trying all the beer .. before u make up ur mind to order one....I love that.. Best hangout place in Patiala

Worst place to stay in patiala, no proper room service. AC was not working Bathroom exhaust not working Poor Wifi Room service is a joke to them, you can keep calling them and they just ignore it.

Very bad experience. Washroom didn't have functional light. Service of staff is very slow. Had to call room service multiple times for so many things. TV wasn't working AC wasn't working when we checked in.
