It' is in the purulia town but little inside the colony, Good but not that much professional hotel , Rooms are facilitated but not in a professional manner , Dining places are not well decorated and unorganised. Services are very poor.

Hotel location is good and budget friendly. Quality and quantity of food is ok. But rooms were not clean enough during check in . Room service is at it's lowest . Other facilities are ok.
Good hotel / Clean / Lift is there, which i liked as many of purulia's hotels are rented for marriage parties so maximum hotels have no rooms in ground or 1st floor, n it is tough for elders to climb upto 2nd or 3rd floor always.
Very close to Purulia Station, Staff behavior is and 24 hrs Geyser service as well as room service is good. More over Lift service is available in this hotel, food quality & taste is awesome. I wish in next time I shall stay in this hotel.
Rooms are so and so.Every basic amenities are with lots of faulty part. Ex -shower , bathroom, doors .behaviour of the staff especially Mr . Vivek is very rood.He thinks that he is the owner of the hotel.you are paying your bloody money for their behaviour. Don't go for this hotel. Until this hotel change their staff like Mr. Vivek the ambiance could not be changed. Request the authority to kindly change the staff Mr Vivek. He can ruin the future of this hotel single handedly.Mr. Vivek needs psychiatrist for his ill temperament.It's my humble request to the hotel authority to kindly change Mr. Vivek.He is the cancer of this hotel who can ruin the future of this hotel .
It's a good hotel with a comfortable accommodation. Room service is very good. Conduct of manager and staffs are cooperative. clean and neat. It's near purulia railway station so easy to boarding at train. Overall I like the accommodation.

This is my 3rd visit. It's a wonderful experience altogether. Rooms are well equipped. Ac's and geyser were working perfectly. Room lighting is awesome. Lifts are available. Hopefully you will get a 3* 4* Ambiance here.
