I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensured that my needs were met throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering all the amenities one could ask for. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the stunning view from the window, which added to the overall experience. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I appreciated the convenience of exploring the city without any hassle.

One of the worst hotel every experienced in my life.... The hotel consider as 3 star hotel but I will rate this as ZERO STAR hotel. While talking about hygiene I will rate ZERO worst, corridor unhygienic floor bad smell across the hotel. Lift doesn't work and the main THE HOTEL STAFF are useless. I will recommend everyone not to book this hotel very bad. The price are high but NOT WORTHY at all.

Having very beautiful swimming pool on ground floor that give it a different look.well decorate d room s and good service.staff very cooperative . room size is good.covered parking with lot of space.i recommend all of you to stay in this hotel.

Very very very bad Hotel , 1 - nothing facility , 2 - rooms are very bad , 3 - TV , AC , Service Phone are not working . 4 - Bedsheet not clean 5 - drinking water not available in room 6 - room curtain is not clean very dirty 7 - food service more than extra charge 8 - hotel staff not cooperative 9 - online rooms rate and hotel rooms rate is very different they taken extra charges 10 - room is not clean

Rooms are gone worst it's not what is shown online. Classic rooms are like a cage and other rooms size is ok but broken from everywhere. Ac doesn't work well, they will provide u used bedsheets. Rooms are super dirty n noisy. Dare to complain manager or else you will get solid reply.

worst hotel. the moment they know that i booked, they gave the worst room ever (in pics). when i stressed on changing the room, they tried to persuade me to change it next morning. After 15 mins of to and fro conversation, they gave a room which was slightly ok than the worst but still could be 2nd to the worst. AC doesn't function, loads of mosquitoes, a dead rat stinking smell in washroom and no keys to lock the main door. this horrible experience that a person could get. Am I wrong in booking a hotel? Everyone should be treated equal.
