Hotel Tilak - Hotel in Bhopal - Bhopal, India

I ordered food through food on track app of IRCTC and called the restaurant for preparing food without chillies(non spicy). Food was prepared as per expectations and my kids loved it. Thank you for being a saviour as pantry food was too spicy.

Charged for two days saying that it is 12 to 12 check out while I called on phone and got the room booked and not thru online. Simply left my bag in the room and had to pay for one day extra. Had they informed earlier, atleast there wouldn't have been any need to pay for one more day. On phone the manager told me that the room rent is 1400 but never told me that taxes will be extra... Over all, felt like I was cheated. No hot water in room the useless solar geyser dint work well. During check out, the lift was not working. Had to climb 5 stories. Night long, was disturbed by the sound of the trains running in the nearby track. Not sound proof enough The towels provided seemed to be too old and were smelling of some chemical. The room was neat and clean. That was the only consolation. Worth 2 stars for the cleanliness... not more...

One of the worst experience I ever had so far, please do not book this hotel no matter what I am sharing pros and cons below. Pros Location is Prime but you will get so many other options near to this location. They offer us early check in Cons There are endless cons in this hotel but I will highlights few. 1. They will not give you the room which they are showing 2. Rooms was so stinking 3. Bathroom was so bad and water accumulation 4. For room cleaning you have to call more than 3-4 times 5. There was no water in bathroom most of times. 6. You can't order food 24X7 but they mentioned that while booking' 7. WIFI speed was not even 1 MBPS so you can't do anything. 8. Food price is also a bit high

The room was clean and the hotel staff were very helpful. The bathroom was clean too and the area had easy means of transportation.

The most pathetic hotel, Do not go by photos. In spite of booking the deluxe room, i was not even allocated room at 10 PM. Room AC was not working. Replacement room was substandard quality (Attaching photo), Waited at reception till 1 AM midnight to get the room. There is no management at all. Horrible experience.

Excellent hospitality. Complimentary breakfast has variety, considering the budget. Only negative thing is that not all rooms have windows. Feels really shabby. But the authorities changed my room within a few hours. Enjoyable stay considering the budget.

Bathroom exhaust are bad, you can feel smoke of other room bathroom. Big windows in rooms, who wake you up early in morning because windows are east facing & also warm your room badly. Good thing is *Rooms are big *Staff are good *Room service is also good *Food also very good

Worst experience ever ....its actually not a hotel it's a dharamshala ....towels looks like 15 years old...no accesories provided ..food was tasteless ..bathroom doors are noisy ... Never ever go for this option now....my suggestion please avoid to book this hotel .... Very bad experience .at the te of check in they require at least half an hour time ...bad smell in room stairs and corridor .
