Hotel Tibet - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

I requested for a quiet room, a large bed and a room at the ground floor if there is no elevator and what I got is a tiny room where all possible noise enters, a small bed with dirty bed sheet and dirty pillow cover. Toilet was full of filthy smell and dirty comode. No water was even provided by the hotel. There was no option to call for any room service. There was even water leakage in the room. No wifi facility available in the hotel as they mention in their publicity. They kept on disturbing me knocking at the door till late at night. Once I ordered for food and it was delivered after one hour. The food is horrible in taste and way too expensive. Once I asked them to fulfill my requested features, they straight away asked me to cancel and said I am supposed to deal with Agoda for a refund as they will only cancel, but won't refund. Worst level of customer experience it was. I would recommend not even enemies to board in such a stupid property. They are making fool out of people and minting money. The pictures they display on internet is fake as the hotel is so dirty, one can discover only after stepping into the property. Hotel Tibet is not even a Tibetan hotel as the name says, it's a Muslim hotel. In a nutshell, worst ever experience one could have boarding such a filthy place.

Location, rooms and services which was provided by the staffs was nice but the washrooms of all the 3 rooms was not cleaned. Rest all things are good enough for travellers. It is situated very closed to guwahati railway satation And govt appoved taxi stand. And also there you can also visit the local market. Experience was quite nice.

The location is convenient for those travelling by train. The hotel is neat and tidy and at a budget friendly rate. The rate for an AC room is one of the cheapest in the area. However the rooms are quite small for family travelers. Also many of the rooms do not have any external windows or views

While leaving the room the watchman who was also responsible for reception took extra 100 rupees from me.

No wifi facility as mentioned online wifi available. Rooms are small but manageable. Hotel Staffs are very nervous about police if there's different surname of male female. Strictly not couple friendly. Awkward situation if you visit with your female friend, cousin, aunty anyone. They need more hotel management knowledge about this.

Rooms are clean but size is small. Location is very near to Guwahati station. Staffs are very helpful. would suggest the owner to start own kitchen inside the hotel. overall good experience.

my experience with this hotel is horrible, booked a triple deluxe room with a queen bed and they gave us one congested room with three beds. the amenities were not there had to ask for everything.The pillow cover, blankets were in bad condition dirty, smelly very dirty. location is good but I advise don't stay with family during this kinda situation of a pandemic. The next day I had to ask them to change my room but that was just a simple double bedded room. I book it for two nights. not worth it. very disappointed
