Good hotel at affordable price,no parking and road to the hotel is too small, but it is close to the beach, a well maintained rooms and pool , had a nice experience

Neat and clean rooms. I mean spotless clean. All the facilities were as claimed online. Helpful staff. Good experience.

There was no food service, The entry to the hotel was through a narrow lane, The room was okay

Very good value for money. You get a hotel room in very good price, room are ok but not that much good. Very near to beach just 100 mt walking distance. Only problem to reach the hotel location, taxi drop you 400 mt far from hotel and very narrow passage to go to hotel as it's located inside. Try to call hotel person in advance so he can arrange for you one person to shift baggage. Swimming pool was good, overall in low budged it's good. Not advisable for new couple or family persons. Solo traveler it's paradise.

Bad experience! Heater was not working Power tripped No power for like half day In addition to that noon checkout policy is annoying! Only plus is it's near to the beach

Budget oriented stay nearby kovalam beach. Try to pick the AC room. The pool was so neat and clean. Thr depth is comparatively long than other pools. Timing is 9-7pm and they will not allow any extra time for the pooling. But beach is there in walkin distance. Parking is lacking here, we need to park in beach parking area and resort will provide a voucher for free parking.

Great place.. a bit inside.. No sea view. The pool is pretty nice and clean. The Rooms are also neat enough. Only thing is they will charge extra for the plates

The good thing about this hotel is its distance from the beach. It is silent and your stay will be peaceful. The rooms were not up to the mark, it seems like they must have been good for the time it was built, it definitely need some upgrade now. I probably paid a premium price coz of Christmas rush, but its not really worth that much. There were cockroaches in the washroom, and ants were to be seen everywhere. The guy at reception was friendly overall, but his demeanor does change a little bit when I asked for GST receipt, coz I was paying all the taxes, so needed a proof for that. It was quite clear that he was trying to avoid it, but I insisted for that.
