We had a bad experience on last Thursday (09/11/2023) being a guest there is no proper channels in tv, towels in bathrooms , dental kit, soap, also no response from reception. We have to go from room to reception for telling all these items we need. Very poor services also bad response from reception boy.
The worst chef. The management must have decided to run the place with someone who is unknown about any recipes. They know they can cheat tourists. That means we order something, they bring an entirely different item which is different even in appearance. It is obvious that the cook can't even identify which is which. Soups, chicken recipes are all made of whatever available and with left over. Even after letting them know what they served are nothing like widely accepted dishes we have tasted in other restaurants, the waiter silent, walks back and forth. All dishes have one common ingredient - pepper.
They don't even have a good breakfast menu ; whatever orders everything finishes in the next moment. Even we need to ask for water to be served
Actually am not stay here but am going the restaurant. The hotel situated in payyoli near bypass. And good service and quality food. The hotel gives traditional ambiance but am order the biriyani biriyani was so good. Almost Good hotel in payyoli
A calm place to have food and beverages. Quality stay is also possible.
Not a bad experience. But it is not worth the price. You can opt it only if you got no other choice. But i think this is the only decent hotel available near that place. Better stretch to a bigger town nearby for a better hotel. Restaurant staff were very professional but the staff in the bar had a "dont care" attitude. Do not buy fish related food. The avoli thava fry we had there was the worst we I ever had. We took 3 rooms and one was in pretty bad condition. Hot water and accessories in bathroom are available. But bathroom was old and leaky need a proper renovation. Supportive front office staff.
I had Breakfast and Dinner here. Both were good but only limted options. Clean and good Quality. Family friendly, theres a Bar also
Went in for lunch .. food and ambience was average

The best gym in Payyoli. They have at least two machines for each body part. The trainer here is so humble and polite and definitely knows how to workout. Daily workout is recommended. Situated on the third floor.
Tasty food items at low price. Poratta served here is cooked infront of customers. Dine is not available. I would recommend poratta + alfaham(one of the best in payyoli)
