Hotel The White Castle - Hotel in Katraj, Pune - Pune, India

Gone for this hotel as it was the most affordable one. It's just 1 kms away from National Highway. Room was good and clean with small sitting arrangement as well as desk and chair. Towels and toiletries were not provided which is basic thing. Overall good experience.

Pathetic service. No towels, no water, no breakfast were provided. Got cheated by taking a deluxe room. There is no power backup, hence we had to sleep without AC or fan. Receptionists were never responding to our calls. Even after visiting the reception multiple times, they couldn't even sent towels to the room. To add to this, little bit of moral policing too

Room is quite good but service is worst no drinking water provided, no toiletries provided, room phone not working lift is from second floor.

As this was close to the wedding banquet, it was a very convenient location for us. The rooms are big and were clean. But the service was awful. We had to wait for 25-30 minutes at the reception because there was no one to check us in. Then there were no towels or toiletries in the room. There was no drinking water as well. The phone was disconnected and hence reception couldn't be called. The mobile number was unreachable. The towels were given at 11 in the night after asking multiple times. The soap I had to go down and buy from a shop outside as no one was there at the reception in the morning. Terrible service. Terrible management.

"Please give my gf earing back as we have left earing in your hotel room . And i have called you and u told we don't have it but I know u have taken it so please give it back as it was someone gift to her ." By the way room was good , the ambience perfect , couple friendly , cleanliness outstanding .

Worst hotel ever, they can change room charges anytime, also room was so dirty, there were bed bugs and lizards in the bathroom... Receptionist was impolite, he doesn't know how to behave or handle guests, most important they charge 30rs for one water bottle and for cutlery too..don't waste ur money in this hotel, i ll not suggest anyone to visit this hotel

Worst ever Experience, Too much Dirty Rooms and Bed sheets, Reception person behavior totally worst with Ladies to. If I can Give Then It minus stars

I advise all my friends not to stay here. Because that hospitality facility is not good. The staff is not good. If you order tea, it will come from Nukkad. So why should we go to such a place. I will also tell the make may trip team not to advertise such hotels on your website. So that good people don't have to be bothered by this.
