Hi, we checked in paid for 3rd member fair enough . But who is responsible to give towel, blanket and sleeping arrangement for the 3 rd member. They provided only one coffee mug , one towel and two blankets . After as soon has i open the curtain to have a view the glass was so dirty full of paint .. pic attached . The wash room was stinking if you don't believe me just go to the washroom and checkroom no 205 if they r providing me the worst room among the best they have how can they charge that much .. max for that room for which i paid approx At last as a 3rd member i slept on sofa with my bed-sheet. The staff was good but i understand they cannot do anything . Please i request you if u r providing your worst room don't charge for the best. Its our hard earn money we come to relax in your hotel not to smell that stinking washroom.. All pics are attached . Thank you
Worst experience for my stay. I had booked for 2 nights stay in a premium deluxe room. I had specifically asked for room with bathtub which they provided after 5 hours of my checkin. Bathtub was not usable as it had a crack in it. They didn't changed the room saying its all sold out. But they still charged me with the same price. No towels were provided for my whole stay, water bottles were their for 1st day and after asking for on our last day they provided water in a jar. Nobody came to clean the room during whole stay. Believe me, i am not a bad reviewer as i work in same kind of industry and i know the importance of customer ratings but with the prices they are charging in regards of their services, it was just pathetic experience.
And kindly don't get mistaken by the name. It is not a Westin hotel. I am giving 2 star just Mr. Rahul was helpful in arranging something and other stuff. Resturant staff is clueless and was not helpful at all during breakfast. Food was average. Will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Very decent Hotel. Since Mr Apoorv Yadav started looking things have changed 100 %, improvement in every field. Now you will find best menu thought it was very very hygienic since the time I started staying at the Place when ever in Varanasi. Come and prove me wrong
