Hotel The Ventus By Hotel Vegas - A Boutique Hotel @ Delhi Airport ( Group of Anvi Hotels ) - Hotel in New Delhi - New Delhi, India

Recently we stayed in this hotel, we booked a Deluxe room but it was very small in size. Water issue in bathroom. Worst part is the complementary breakfast- They had bread with jam, pasta only and that too it was very cold as if previous night food was kept in next day morning. They are more keen on chargeable breakfast Only good thing is it's near airport and there lot more hotels near by as well. I would suggest to look for better hotel before booking it.

One of the worst hotels I have ever seen. No hygiene, no manners, the staff doesn't know how to behave with the guest. Geyser wasn't working, tap was leaking, bad smell inside room, flush wasn't working. Hard water accumulation in shower, bad food ..everything was bad. The doors weren't closing. Go ibibo should remove such source from the business, its literally spoiling the brands name. Worst come worst hotel.

Worst hotel, it doesn't have licence. They keep the hotel locked due to fear of police. No generator, no food service after 7 pm, no compliment drink as mentioned while booking, no water in washroom, wash basin is broken, geyser not working, staff and manager both are rude, no cold water to drink. They lock the customer and ask for money for this bad service. Worst hotel near airport i have seen in my life.

Worst hotel I have ever seen, NO water in bathroom, NO charging points. Ac not working. Staff behavior is worst, ready to fight. Food quality is very bad. In breakfast only have Paratha and Sabji. Never recommend to anyone. Don't go here. Basic facilities not in this place.

Fraud! Do not book by Agoda. The Hotel Management informed me about the NO Agoda Association @2am when I arrived for Check-In! Later, they didn't even agree to match the rates rather demanded for their Reservation Tariff! Better to move out and walk to Hotel Z suites, Better and Polite Option!

Poor experience. They don't have even 1% of the number of amenities that are mentioned in the portal. No complimentary drinks, no fridge, the water ran out in the middle of the night and i had to wait in the shower for 30 mins before they resolved it. I booked the hotel mainly due to the number of amenities which included a pool, hammams, heaters, in-house movies, couch and what not and was disappointed to receive none of them. ZERO. They didn't even provide shower gel or soap which is the most basic thing they provide you in the worst hotels. Total waste of money and the worst part is When i complained to the manager, he asked me "How much have you paid for this hotel?" This is how they talk to their customers. Worst experience ever.

Poor, Unhygienic hotel with rude and unresponsive hotel staff specially the front desk. I recently had a disappointing stay at "The Ventus by Hotel Vegas" in Mahipalpur. The overall experience was subpar. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with stained sheets and unpleasant odors. The staff was rude, ignorant, unresponsive and unhelpful, showing a lack of professionalism. Additionally, the amenities advertised were not up to par. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay especially family/couple.

I am having a very bad experience with a hotel The Ventus. They collect Advance Payments . The response is very poor. It seems to not be a genuine hotel. However hotel ambiance and quality are not good. I asked for bath Towel & Water bottle and person gave me after 1 hour after taking so many follow ups
