Hotel The Uday Regency - Hotel in Kota - Kota, India

Property is good. Nice location. We checked in a room which we didn't liked as bed and pillow cover were dirty. They changed the room. But again same issue was there. Even here washroom bucket and mug were very dirty. Pillow cover were dirty and smells bad. We inform about this on the front desk by person and by call as well. But no one came. There was some dispute around extra cost for my 11 year kid. But after some discussion we agreed on the charges which we pay finally.

All was very Good his staff Room and also the Location also everything is fine you must go and check it out

My friend and his parent stay therr because hostel staff dyine of coprate after that they decided to go uday... Management was good, counter service is good. management is too good Location is very beautiful Not sure about rooms but corridor is very luxurious Also have the sting place Enough parking area For car and bike Security is also good Have 2 lift 1 gate 4 floor In front of flyover Good food, good life

Very good hotel rooms

Location and Check in: Hotel Uday regency is located in a talwandi Sector, Kota. I had bit of issue finding the hotel at 3 a.m. morning as lights of outside billboards were not working. Check in was smooth though they charged Rs800 extra for early morning admission. Rooms: Rooms were decent. Fully AC, with comfortable bed, a mini refrigerator and they also offered early morning newspaper. Bedsheets were in bad condition though, lights had flies stuck to them, most of the TV channels were locked and they do charge money for drinking water. There was also 20 min. power-cut during my stay. Food: I was disappointed with the food service. The food reception rarely picks up call and service is bit late as well. I was hosting a guest and ordered couple of tea but had to cancel them after waiting for almost 3 hours. Early breakfast service was not great either, club sandwich which I ordered was poorly assembled with half melted cheese in them. Mint-lemon tea was good though. I had to stick to zomato for proper food. Overall: Service could have been better.

Awesome stay at Uday regency. The staff was very co operative and friendly. The food was very delicious. A very nice place to stay with family, friend, for business, solo, and group. Very good service, separate meeting or sitting hall available. No question if you have offer to stay upto price 2500 per day, u get class 1 service with very good food and nice services. Easily approachable..... Book without hesitation...
