I had a good experience living in this hotel. The location is very convenient, just 5 min walk from the station. The rooms and washroom were neat and clean.We were even provided with cloak room facility for keeping our luggage, since our checkout was a bit early. I think most of the bad reviews fail to see that it is a budget hotel. For the price range, I would say the hotel was up to the mark.

We checked out on 26/10/2023 at 11:30 a.m. We dropped 2 luggage in cloakroom and collected at 7:15p.m. When we returned to our home we found that the luggage was tampered with and my jewelry box and my new purse were missing. We informed this to the reception but no action was taken.

Hotel The Sky Court provided a flawless experience across various aspects. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered a comfortable stay. The services is problematic. 1. Booking is chaotic. To beginning with, they rejected our booking from easemytrip with nonsense reason which is they didn't receive anything from the booking agency. But people from booking agency told us that the hotel is the one who rejected the booking while the bank confirmed that we had been charged. So we have to pay for new booking directly with the hotel. 2. The toilet is dirty. Bed sheet is old and seem not to be changed at all. 3. The next confusing is breakfast, if you check with the staffs to know whether breakfast includes or not, every single of them, would give you different answers . And to be sure, we had to go for the breakfast in early morning to know that we had to pay extra for breakfast. 4. Not only check in, check out is problematic too. They don't accept either visa or master or any international cards (despite within our 2 weeks in India till now, we use our cards without any problems). So we want to pay by US dollars, they said no, we had to go and find money exchange shop outside, but nothing opens yet before 9am. To sum up about the hotel, the location is good, 2 mins away from the train station. The hotel facilities used to be good I guess, but need to serious improve with cleaning and maintenance jobs, especially the toilet. Top note, just walk in, booking agencies doesn't work and only make you double pay. And finally, cash yourself up, visa and master don't work !!!!
