Hotel The Shaurya - Hotel in Patiala - Patiala, India

It might be a four star hotel during its initial days however now a days I can say it's a three star hotel under the umbrella/tag of four star hotel. Hotel entrance from highway is little tricky (no direct entrance), whatever hotel is claiming like Gym, Ballroom etc. all are not working. Felt smell of stickiness in the room. Limited choice of breakfast with limited sitting space.....their live kitchen is good.

They need to maintain the standard of 4 stars ...right now it's just 3 star hotel...room was big but I will not say sparkling clean...bathroom was decent but with stained toilet seat and broken corner in the shower so you don't have any place to keep soap or body wash etc. They served us with expired ginger ale which we reported to them they didn't get back to apologise or to replace just the server got changed. Though food was tasty, flavourful. I felt a little more mangement is needed and training to whole staff including the mangers. Corridors were clean. They should read all these reviews and complains and should take it positively for future improvement.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. Kind, warm, welcoming and generous staff. The interiors are made of the best quality. The rooms are beautifully designed. The quality is top notch when it comes to hospitality and management. All the chefs are very good in their preparation. Amazing and delicious food. Must see place.

Management is very poor of this hotel. As per Our menu selection no live stalls there. We Finalised the menu 15 days prior from function but before one day from our wedding event they called us & says stalls will not possible for them even they denied for valet parking. Host is serving food to there guests. Not a single banquet captain is there. Beware From this hotel guys they will trap you by doing all fake commitments & after takeing advance there language will be totally changed & you have no other option to agree with them.

We had booked the hotel for my sisters wedding with the topmost platinum package. There staff is the most inefficient staff ever seen.they don't know how to serve where to serve. During final family table dinner they were unable to serve all kinds of dishes and even deserts were not served they said jalebi khatam ho gayi when main guests were yet to attend.Host had to be on toes from start to end to get proper service. There management staff is so rude, full of useless attitude says clear no to everything expected.Function was in basement hall and they gave complimentary room for bride at 3rd floor inspite of requesting them to keep it near . There one lift is always out of order only one lift is used for luggage and guests of all floors creating a chaos and time wastage.A four star hotel with 2 star service and zero hospitality etiquettes.

The Hotel Shaurya - Patiala, the most pathetic and terrible hospitality service. We had booked them for a wedding. Due to their incapability services we the host had to serve the food and snacks to the guests ourselves, as out of the extended staff members most of them were busy eatign behind teh food tables. Even after selecting the Platinum Menu thet failed to serve the food as per committed menu. The don't that have laundry bags avaiable at the hotel. so, if you want to waste your money and lose peace of mind, then you must choose this hotel.

We booked a rooms here for our family we really enjoyed our trip rooms are well maintained staff was very good and helpfull We booked the rooms with breakfast there is lots of varieties in breakfast front desk and service staff really good and well groomed I highly recommended to everyone and the thing we really like here huge parking space

Hotel Shauya, Patiala - Banquet & location is good but basic essence of Customer Service is missing. Shaurya staff needs to go through basic training program on Hospitality & Customer Service. If you like serving food to your guests on your own even after paying such hefty amount then Shaurya is the only place coz their staff is busy in their own world. You will have to be on your toes to ensure everything is in order and all items are being served, even after booking the Platinum package.
