Hotel The Seven - Hotel in Silvassa, Athal - Dadra And Nagar Haveli, India

Do yourself a favour and do not waste your money just lloking at the interiors. The hotel attracts guest by its interiors but it is the worst in terms of manpower, funstional companents such as toilets and bathrooms. The taps are worst and one incident that happened with me is the faucet suddenly came out of the pipe. Such a bad experience. Even a lodge will give good utilities.

The stay in this hotel was horrendous due to the following The geyser wasn't working which the staff wasn't aware. They shifted to another room where lights were not functional. The bath towels were full of stains. The staff forgot about the lunch order. Water bottles were complimentary but they didn't provide the same. Please don't go for this hotel for comfortable stay

Rooms are good spacious and hygine. Im complemtory breakfast qyalist is not available and fruits also not available. While serving the complementary breakfast staff was not pollite.

not sure if goibibo is inflating the room rates for this one or the hotel itself is quoting unreal rates. try not to stay here. one morning the housekeeping staff continuously rang the bell and pounded on the door even though the do not disturb sign was on. we called the reception to ask them to stop but they opened the door themselves!!! the door does not have an inner latch or any way to lock it. it was scandalizing and checked out a day early (we had booked for three nights but we left after only 2 nights without refund) the hotel is WAY to expensive for the prices it is quoting. we selected an ac suite because all others were booked for new year's eve. the ac suite is nothing but a room with a double bed and two chairs (the superior double room pic here is actually the ac suite - or not sure if they gave us a wrong room) the hotel does not have WiFi but at least they were kind enough to set up a router in our room. only thing it buffered 2 secs of video after 5 mins of pausing overall it's in the middle of the city and amenities are easily accessible. it's a single building.. more like a lodge. food is good and there are a few staff that are helpful. building seems to be new. if you get a good rate go for it. not worth the price even after discounts that ibibo offers.

Me and one of my friends had planned our visit to Silvassa with our family on the Christmas long wekend. We had booked 2 rooms one deluxe and one executive deluxe. Google map does not show this location properly. But it is located on the main road hence can be easily found. Once we reached we would hear extremely loud music at the reception from one of the party halls. Apparently there was a birthday party going on. Checkin was quick. But one has to ask for help to carry the luggage to the room. It does not come from the guys at the reception. The executive deluxe room was bigger of the two and both the rooms had separate single beds which becomes a problem if you have small kids with you. I managed to join the beds on my room but the beds were fixed to the wall in the other room. Goibibo photos shows the same. Only the suites have double beds. We planned our lunch at the hotels restaurant. The loud music of the birthday party was still on and we had to bear with it for half more hour while we were having our lunch. Except the soup the other items ordered by us were good although the chef i belive loves to add a generous amount of garlic in all gravies. After our lunch when we were back in our room we realised there was no bathroom kit no tea coffe kit and no drinking water. Had to again ask for it. Once asked things dont take much time to come but one expects the room services staff to take care of such things before the guests arrive in the room. The hotel does not provide shaving and brushing kit, so anyone visiting this hotel beter come prepared. You get Medimix soap and clinic plus shampoo sachets as the only things in the bathroom kit. Next the fulsh in our room was extremely sluggish to get refilled. So once used next usage has to wait for half hour. Day 2:- Breakfast is included in the tarrif. The spread was basic but good. Rooms were cleaned while we were out. Towels changed but bed sheet were not. We had ordered dinner in the room. Sevice was fast and the food was tasty. But like I had said before one shall find generous use of garlic and oil in the food. Day 3:- Decent Brakfast and a quick check out. So over all its a basic business hotel with basic amenities(no swimming pool, no garden or playing area for kids. ) and not very geart views from the rooms. The staff needs some push for delivering their duties. Families with small kids can check out for resorts in and around the town.

This is a decent hotel located at a very good location. The service was OK. So was the fod that was offered. Only issue I found that while I was in the room, the housekeeping guy opened my room using master key. That was kind of awkward as I had locked my room from inside. Though he apologised but then I found that the door was not getting locked. On complaining this at reception, I was offered another room. The new room was fine other than the fact that TV and telephone services were not working. Since it was an overnight stay I didn't care. But this is something which left a bad taste on my overall experience.

Bathroom was not clean, bathroom floors had visible dirt patches. Flush was not working as well. Room was Ok and hospitality & staff behaviour was excellent. No Buffet spread for breakfast. Complementary breakfast had limited option; Bread Omlet OR Aloo Paratha OR Dosa. This was very disappointing at this price for the hotel. No swimming pool in the premises. Parking was very limited as well. Very less channels on TV, common business channels like CNBC, ET NOW were not present as subscription for TATA Sky was limited.

Hotel is Good . Restaurant need to be change . Food quality is ok
