Hotel the sarbati palace - Hotel in Shahpura - Jaipur, India

Worst service I ever received, no water in room. Struggled alot no one care even no body from hotel apologize till checkout. Instead of guilty they were asking to pay the breakfast bill even that was complementary with room charges 2300rs. During checkout they started asking to pay for breakfast even that was discussed that breakfast is complementary. Hotel Sarbati taught me a lesson that make a video proof of the discussion before taking a room in hotel. Thanks for teaching a lesson.

There was a dead fly and big hairs in our food but when we complained about it no action was taken. They just went back to the kitchen to show the cooks and hid the hair and dead fly and said "Kuch bhi toh nhi h khane me" I even shared my feedback with the Receptionist and wrote it down in their Feedback Book but they tore the pages. And after all this they randomly added stuff in the bill we didn't even order. The waiters and the service are also very bad. Inexperienced staff. Worst food. Worst service. If there was an option of 0 stars then I would have given it 0 stars. I will not recommend anyone for this restaurant.

Hotel location is good but rooms are already occupied by ants and mosquitoes. Manager was stating unusual rate, we showed 25% lower rate on goibibo. He was bit off on this and asked us to try if we get that. When we booked online, he disappointed.

Really appreciate our stay at the sarbati palace in sahapura was nothing short of amazing.! from the moment we arrived, we were greated with warm smiles and exceptional Hospitality from the staff.

One of the worst place I have visit , there staff are " Gundas" ..when I Was complaint about the food ,the staff totally denied plus they threatened us, also they lock the door and told that if not payed then it was not good for us . The owner sourabh also not taken responsibility . One of the staff person name bishan sekhawat , please beware of him . He is totally a Gunda and show us knife and told us to call anybody . Please it's humble request to everyone never ever visit this place.

Food quality is very good and service is best & Rooms are awesome.

Not like the services , After saying that the breakfast was complimentary but after doing the breakfast they charged money.

I will give no stars ....very bad hotel &resturant management is also so bad I will suggest better don't visit in this hotel The hotel staff as well manager don't have a manners how to speak and talk to guest.. So I cant give a single star to this Rooms are too bad as well not clean
