I am here to give my food experience.. Not really happy with quality and quantity both. 3 pages of menu and most of things are not available from menu. Hunger will die waiting for food.. Salad provided had 2 slices of onion and small piece of lemon.. I visited this hotel thinking it falls very close to my residence and was hungry.. But next time in such case I prefer to stay hungry rather than having tasteless food..

Worst hotel, should be Zero star. The rooms have no amenities.. Just 2 bottles of water. No complimentary tea, coffee, no towels.. Not even a hand towel. The room service takes a long time and in general not available over phone. For everything you need to connect with reception only. Overall very disappointed with the rooms and service. Poor customer service as well Looks like. Definitely not a 4 star property.. I might put this as a basic 0 star property.

I am sharing my two day experience@ stay Sai Leela. Water supply issue in toilet & bathroom, TV not working, Bell not working , WIFI including in services but not working when you complaint to receptionist she saying sorry for inconvenience whose is single person who looking everything. I recommend you check price online before booking because there is difference approx 1000/- whatever i have payed.

One of my friends stayed here and it was horrendous experience. Maintenance work was going all around and one can imagine staying in a room with drilling noise at its top. Despite informing reception about noise many times no action was taken. Such callous attitude towards clients! This hotel is not even worth giving one star! Please think twice before you book this hotel.

The hotel is situated on the main road near presidency college. The rooms are large with AC in the room (not central). This is about all the positives... The rooms have no amenities.. Horrible food. Diarrhea, down for three days, hospital visit at 3.5K cost. Unethical no standards, overcharging, low quality food, lousy service, unprofessional service people seem to be just hired off the street. Absolutely don't visit.

I came here with my family and stayed 2 nights, awesome location and hotel ambience. I booked suit room for my stay, very well maintained rooms and very polite staff. Food is really nice and hyginic, need to increase the food quantity. Sakti is the one who served us and is very polite.

we believe the hotel will be perfect however we couldn't go to hotel as our airline Indigo service agent mess up our international transfer in bangalore, we supposed to go out but indigo airline service agent really mess up everything, without telling us he did boarding us after that we got stuck in airport, i will advice all my family and friends not to travels with indigo air line anymore.
