Dear Travellers/Pilgrims, Narmade Harh Keep patience, search more accurately before choosing this hotel. Since here is many options to stay. This is a high price tag hotel and here is no compromise for long stay (stayed 5 nights). It's having high measured and highest valued "terms and conditions" . It's well covered by magical luxury and situated at benefited location. Need average walking, back and forth towards temple/bathing/fooding. Including well behaved staff and receptionist, costly average taste food, high priced water bottle (than MRP) e.g. single piece PURI cost 24 INR without sabji, don't be confused it's not deep fried with pure Ghee, just oil fry . However many other hotels/dharamsala are also situated nearby location of main temple. So request to come here if you have no other option. 2200/night (long stay) might have / apologies on my following day-dreaming expected points (since expectations leads disappointment ) 1. water bottle/drinking water in room on check in. this is a sincere manner/basic moral whereas many cheapest hotel provides normal drinking water poured in jug. 2. For long stay expecting interchanging fresh towel. 3. Toilet freshener. 4. Electric kettle (considering luxury; but here I've got furniture, tv unit, wardrobe with 1 hanger, useless hanger on room 103 door). 5. Proper cleaning of spiderwebs on wall, window curtains. Wonderful location close to Narmada temple. Lovely environment and panoramic views. Pleasing hospitality from komal catering to our needs and food with a pleasant smile and hygiene. Felt more like a home guest. Rooms clean and comfortable with hot water facilities Was provided with an immersion heater when the central heater did not work. Pleasant worthy memories to cherish of the spiritual place natural beauty falls and comfortable stay
Won't recommend this hotel for long stay they charge 3500 for 1day..they don't supply filter water or charges for local water bottle is more than 50% of actual mrp, their geyser never supplies hot water....
It situated at nice location. Stay was very comfortable. All necessary gadgets are available in the room like fridge, electric kettle etc. Very good quality mattress was available which creates comfortable sleep.
Room was clean and maintained but lots of work to do for development. no water heater for cofee or tea making essential are available in room. parking space is outside the hotel in front. room charge is costly as per service provided. the cleanliness is more want to develop in gallery area. we didn't taste food in hotel.
This is my second visit to this hotel and found that staff was limited (due to covid safety) but they have given very good services to me specially Mr Bahadur has always taken care of everything and given me personal attention. Overall my experience was better than previous visit. Room and bathroom were properly sanitized daily in morning and staff was wearing masks. Awesome location near narmada udgam, staff was polite, overall good experience and very good stay In this time of covid, they have maintained a very good hygiene in and around the hotel. Proper temperature check was there to ensure safety.
Let me start by saying that my stay at Residency hotel was wonderful. flawless check in. laggage was taken to my room.wellcome with warm breathing. the room itself was so amazingly decoreted. Toiletries and other essentials in the wash room were all present. moreever every thing was so clean which is always a major concern about other properties .The kitchen is very well stocked too with all new crockery.10 inches mattress and view from balcony is added advantage. food is very tasty . generator available for power backup as its a hill station and power is down for 15 minutes. helpfull staff and manager. Centrally AC is giving consitancy in coolness. Recommended for family trip as well as with friends.

Nice room for family, most important thing is Infront of Narmada Udgam Temple. Room Owner nature was very good and helpful. I will highly recommended this Hotel. Rooms were good and also provided Hot water in bath.
