most horrible. not suitable for family. booked family rooms but finally they provided small double room. toilets are too small and dirty. Overall hotel is cheap and low graded. staff behaviour was good.

the worst hotel I have ever been to, I suggest not staying here. They don't even have a bottle of water in the room, and end up charging for it. The front desk customer service is not good, the staff has no proper manner or training

Worst hotel I have ever been. Every thing is broken. The staff understand english when it is about money, but pretend to not understand when you want something as simple as tissue! Poor hygiene, bad smell in the rooms,...

So greedy staff... In this hotel everyone trying to make his own money from guest who's going to stay at this property...trust me guys this hotel staff thinking make you so irritate. & In the room You will get to see many insects & cockroach...And yes, every time you have to pay the money for the food to the waiter in the room all the time because these people bring food from outside. They serve you the food in disposable plates & bowl even tea because the hotel Raj have no kitchen. & Yeah you can't check-in early even in 20 minutes before. I would just suggest you guys do not go there, do not book this property via online platform because the hotel staff has no manners how-to talk with guest. Yeah but location is good but I will you give the ratings to HOTEL RAJ 0 even in minus because justfor location no go there

Rooms were dirty and stinky. Rats running around. Not worth the money

Worst hotel, worst behaviour of Receptionist, do not visit, either give 200 more and take other hotel.

1. Rude receptionist, not welcomed at our visit. 2. Manager was not able to manage and provide us with our demands. 3. Room size was way too smaller than what we expected from the pictures uploaded on the application. 4. Bathroom was not clean on arrival. 5. The room we booked was not given to us at arrival, the room allocation was done 5 hours late. 6. The Manager was adamant on asking us to stay in some other room, which was not booked. 7. Even on regular pleading to provide us the room to stay, our requests were kept on hold. 8. Rooms smelled bad, the condition of the bedding and furniture was below average. 9. The refrigerator/television was not working. 10. Nothing matched from the description of the hotel mentioned on Booking.com

Yesterday we have booked two rooms from Goibibo at 2 pm, we reached there at 11:30 pm with family (with three children), when we asked for check in, they denied and said that we have not received your booking from Goibibo, when we saw our booking number and voucher, they gave us two rooms after half an hour saying that we are upgrading your rooms because your booked rooms are not available but actually it was not the case, rooms are not upgraded. In the morning, hot water was not coming, it was started after 15 minutes of informing. They gave us one towel against three people, when we asked for towels, they denied saying that it will be available after 10 am (check out time is 11:00 am). They charged Rs 30 per water bottle + GST Rs. 3 and provide kaccha bill only, we paid Rs 70 against bill but they didn't return change saying that they don't have change.
