During my last two trips to Bangalore, I had stayed at this hotel twice ,main reason being hotel is in close proximity to my friends house, The hotel is quite decent when it comes to food, they have a restaurant on the rooftop where they serve nice food ... but the real problems is room and the room service. Housekeeping was horrible , trash was never emptied from my room even once during 3 days 2 nights stay, towel was not provided, i had to call on their room service number and ask them for one , best to describe that piece of cloth called towel as nothing but a rag (had 2 big holes)and they never bothered to replace it once ,i had to use the same torn up towel for 3 straight days . My flight was scheduled late in the afternoon so requested the receptionist if they could accommodate me for an extra half or one hour , but he was too adamant that check out timing was 11 am and i have to vacate it by then or ill have to pay entire days charges if i intent to stay for any longer (in reality on my booking check out timing was listed as 12am which i found out later ) , by this time I was in no mood for any further verbal altercation ,so I let it go, called my friend to pick me up at 10.30am from the hotel Well to sum it up it was a really bad experience.

The room is very good. The breakfast timing is one thing they need to take care of. It would be good, if they prepare it by 7:30 am and not 7:45 so that if some person is travelling to some place, it would be great. The rest of the service, right from check in was great
