The hotel and restaurant are both good.
Restaurant :-Food quality and quantity is so good as per price. Staff behavior is very friendly. Ambience is also fine. They serve thali on a clay plate.
Hotel: Hotel rooms are ok according to prices.
Rooms are clean and all amenities are available. Inside parking is also available. Breakfast is complementary. Hotel staffs are well-behaved and helpful.
Overall for staying this is a good recommendation.
The first thing that will attract you is the decoration. It's really beautiful. So the atmosphere is perfect. Though one day is not enough to rate a restaurant, I can say their cooking style is unique and that's good. Last time the chicken was a little overcooked, else other dishes were delicious. All the dishes are not available all time. That's what disappointed me. My overall experience was good.
They have a newly started hotel room service. Rooms are comfortable with AC. Clean rooms. Per day cost is 3500/-. Food is good. If you are interested in traditional bengali food, then request them to make it separately as they do not have these items on their menu.
Nice and neat place. Quite an upscale place in the area. But service is extremely poor. They are very slow for everything. Nobody to bring the menu card, or tissues in the beginning. Preparation of food also takes enormous time. The food took so much time to be served that we had to leave after sometime. Even after 20 minutes, they said that it'll take another 30 minutes.

New hotel in the town ...a good restaurant with a nice ambience and food quality is also good here. It is located near NH-34 so during travel while crossing Krishnagar this hotel is also a good option and you will get all kind of food here. Bengali thalis are here very good and price is also okay.
Totally wast of money... Taking so much time to serve .. Most of dishes are unavailable..Most of the dishes are too oily and so spicy .. special kadhai chicken worst ..price high but quality very low... Most third class resturant in krishnanagar..Very very bad experience....
