This hotel is situated on 5th floor of a shopping complex. I stayed for a night, liked my room and cleanliness at hotel. Very good restaurants and eating shops are available at same building so no need to worry.

The reception folks are a little slow but otherwise the staff is helpful. Wifi was not working in one of the rooms. They didn't have the room I booked so I had to change rooms next day. The utilities mentioned in the room description aren't there but are available when asked for (like electric kettle). The rooms are expansive and clean. The area is very safe though away from most places. The bathroom floor is even throughout so the water remains there after the shower. Beds are comfortable. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Receptionist behavior is not good....they dont know how to talk with clients...if you can't understand gujurati...they started bad language in gujurati
