The room and bathroom were neat and clean. The staff was very helpful. Lift and parking facilities were available. the receptionist was always available and attentive. the room services were also good and the food served were tasty. station, local market , transportation all were near by. I wish the room to be a little bigger as it was a deluxe room. also there was a stinky smell in the room during the evening time but later it was removed by using air freshener. overall it was a nice stay for my parents. thank you Food and Services

I reached the hotel unexpectedly at 5 in the morning, but the hotel staff welcomed me cordially, gave me a room at reasonable rates, very clean room, restaurant very beautiful, food tasty and healthy. hospitality superb. everything was nice. now I can recommend it as first choice in Ranchi.

The attention and desire to serve in the best of the ability by the hotel was simply heart touching. I think this is what any guest would be liking to get the kind of warmth shown by the staff of the hotel. Its good to stay but some time water not coming in bathroom and I told the staff but no reaction against this, So I am little bit upset. Overall all is good to stay with family and food is good location wise hotel is good near market and staff is too supporting. The room service was pretty decent. Was worth the money. Complimentary breakfast was good. Room was clean. Hotel is very near to the airport. Not many channels on TV Would recommend for an economical stay.

Very good hotel for corporate person and family also.. staff behaviour is very good. Foods are also good and pocket friendly. Rooms are very clean and room service is also good

Rooms were good but not managed well. Had to call housekeeping for water, towel, etc, which should have been already there. Food was okayish. Intercom not working on many rooms. Not recommended except for emergencies and no other vacant place
