Hotel The Park, Mudhol - Resort hotel in Mudhol Rural - Bagalkote, India

Recently, the management of the hotel has changed hands. The current staff strength is in experienced as a result of which there is chaos in all services. There need to be a professional manager to carry on the overall management. There are visitors from outside India who visit Mudhol which makes it very necessary to have a professional staff. The property is good, food quality is also okay, but without proper service, it has no meaning.

Recently The management of the hotels has changed hands . Currently Newly Staff And strength is in Experience As a result . Resturant and Bar Food Quality very good.

Yesterday I have been visited to this hotel and I have to say that the food quality so good and staff is very politely to guest

I feel this is best hotel in Mudhol food quality and service are good And best part is that pricing is too minimum

They deserve zero stars. They do not have business ethics. They took booking over phone and said you can pay during checkout. On the day of arrival they said there is no booking in your name and we don't have any rooms available. Worst experience.

Probably the best in mudhol. Can't expect more too in such a place. The bar and restaurant is just an ok place to eat as well as compared to the way the property has been made. There's a lake or a water body nearby the property as well which adds to the feel of the property.

Good infrastructure, spacious room, managed very badly. Definition of service not known to staff (may be management also). Doubt if the management knows they are in hospitality sector. Water in bathroom is erratic and inconsistent in taps. Service call numbers never attended and or reachable, room service if you are lucky only. Room boy is more keen to serve liquor to rooms than others. Housing keeping too is not upto the mark in all respects.

This place serves good food, has a great ambience but no proper service is provided.
