The staff was not at all helpful. First of all the room was at 6th floor and the lift is there till 4th floor only. I need to carry all my luggage till 6th and the staff didn't even helped. The room was not in good condition. The tv remote was not working and the room key also stopped working at the end of the day

Rooms not clean. Corridors filthy. Little or hardly any space between bed and the wall-mounted TV. Repeatedly banged into the glass stand meant for placing the remote. Eventually the glass got dislodged and broke. To walk about in the room became unsafe. Had to clean the mess ourselves since the house-keeping crew didn't turn up till next morning. Bathroom slippery and unsafe once it is wet. No doormat provided outside the bathroom. Lift noisy. Pulleys need greasing and the lift is to be serviced to ensure safety. Totally different from what is shown in photographs. On the whole we had bad experience. On the positive side, good breakfast.

Very good service was there at 1 AM i ordered food and got food within 30 minutes. Room quality was good but we paid a bit extra which includes breakfast also, in breakfast sandwich, poha, poori sabji was there. Decent room at the price of 1800 for 3 people.

Worst stay till date. There was a fire in one of the room or office of the hotel. But not even a single fire alarm triggered during this. They did not even inform all guests regarding the fire. I was informed after i called them regarding no water supply in bathroom. I won't recommend to stay in such hotel if safety standards are not followed.

Worst experience during checkin. I booked online and my booking got confirmed but when I came to hotel for checkin they said they don't have any rooms available. I won't recommend this to anyone.

Worst Expereince Ever! Bedsheets and pillow covers were very dirty... They dint provide me a mug in bathroom for whole day. I asked for it like several times..! Key Card dint work for straight two days, I always had to call the reception to unlock the door.... Telephone wasnt working in the room. No AC remote! TV remote wasnt working! I had a tea 1st morning, and guess what, it was a terrible too....

The rooms are in bad condition. Cockroach and mosquito were there to accompany me. Water dripped from the false ceiling and ambience was not at all habitable.

romms not clean as i expect, hotel reception person create problem to allote rooms. he clearly said that he has no room. after spending a lot of time he agreed to confirm our rooms but rooms are not clean, smelly and in a one room, ac not working. then i contact to fab customer care to reslove the issue.
