Don't go with hifi name of hotel. All positive reviews are seems managed. In reality, Worst hotel as rightly written by previous travellers. Dirty rooms, dirtiest washrooms-seems never cleaned and stinky, typical low cost and low category breakfast items, helpless and crying g front desk manager... On flip side, charging heavy rates. Not worth to pay even 25% of what they charge. Never recommend anyone book any room here or else face all this
The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building. High quality rooms and high quality service. I had a great experience with the (Hotel Oak Ridge Retreat Gangtok); staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.
Worst experience ever received from this hotel, The so called Manager is fully drunk and tells us to leave the room at night at about 11:30pm at night because we reached the hotel little late and they have to open the gate. How could such a person with third class behavior be a manager of a hotel who does not have any respect for the guest. Just want to aware the people who plans to visit here kindly think about your self respect as you people will come to spend quality time but make sure if you visit here your tour will get spoiled.
Hotel staff are very professional and helpful.Hotel room is ok.Service was also ok.However ,the connectivity to the hotel from road has many steps nearly 50 steps...If you are traveling with elderly,i would say avoid this hotel. The staff do pick your luggage to and from the hotel via the steps whenever you ask them to.Staff is very friendly.

Great place, rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel's location is great, very close to the MG marg marketplace. Service is awesome. Overall it is a great stay in Gangtok. Loved it.
