Hotel The Nook - Hotel in Madurai - Madurai, India

It was a very pleasant experience staying in Hotel Nook. The rooms are spacious and there is provision to boil water in the room. The staffs were very friendly and guided us during our stay in the hotel. Food was served hot and tasty as well . Overall it was a pleasant stay at the Nook hotel.

Stayed one night in Premium A/c room with free breakfast. Easy to reach location, looks impressive from outside. Staff members from reception to service were responsive. Breakfast was okay but served only after 08.00 am. The room I stayed was not clean to my expectation compared to the rent. Bath room area was very small, there was dripping from the pipes. Most disturbing was that at many places, paint was bloating out ready to fall. Needs better maintenance.

Hotel is fine with all basic amenities. The only issue I felt that it had small rooms . Staff very polite and courteous especially the front desk. Food was very tasty and fresh. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and generous. They will pay extra attention to your needs. Worth try for small trips nominal priced value for money

The rooms were very dusty , for the one who has dust allergy pollen allergy of for the matter of fact any allergy should not choose this hotel ... service was little off beat ... breakfast was good in taste though they have buffet very rarely but in alla carte too they give u unlimited with good taste.

A good clean hotel with a reasonably good service and parking ! A very budget friendly option for travellers who are on a business visit or temple visit ! Although it's a bit far from temple .

It was really an pleasant experience with the hotel. All the staffs were very helpful and friendly whenever we need help they'll be there at the time. We were stayed there for 4 days with my kid for ear piercing ceremony. I would like to appreciate their efforts to take care of the customers need. Reviews are depends upon their personal experience but mine with the hotel feels like a family. Breakfast is very delicious and it has lots more options to grab. They'll clean the room everyday. Resturant and reception areas are also tidy. Personally I recommend this hotel.

Hotel nook is the worst hotel in Madurai. Services are very very poor.Rooms are also not comfortable.There were cockroaches wandering in the room.service of the hotel is not upto the mark. I will not recommend any body for this hotel. For each and every thing we have to beg on reception.

The person at the reception was not even bothered to show us the rooms. Bad attitude . It showed availablity when checked online but when we went there the person didn't even bother to answer us . He was on the phone the entire time. Bad experience. We had to drive all the way back looking for other places.
