Rooms are good in space but there A/c was not working it was so hot and uncomfortable in the room please repair or change your A/c and the bathroom was a bit dirty. They don't have TV connections. So it was not a good experience.

Don't book on Oyo or Agoda for this listing. The hotel management does not accept those bookings. We had to look for some other accommodation and claim refund from Agoda, and that is a cumbersome process too.
My experience with this Hotel was good. Attendant uncle was cooperative. One of his guy was rude though. No lift so try to book the room from lower floor. Recommended if you get the room in affordable price. Note to owner: Please repair your water taps and furniture, most of it are just hanging there
Reached here at 2am in the morning. We had not confirmed the booking so the room was not ready however the uncle at the reception was very helpful and got the room setup at earliest. One of their staff boys was rude and not happy that we reached so late as he was sleeping in that room. He also did not assist the uncle from the reception in bringing the luggage or cleaning the room. We had opted for executive room and it was very spacious. It does requires more maintenance though as the washbasin tap was broken and not fixed in a long time I guess. Probably one of the few places where private parking is available. Nearby metro station- Ram Krishna Aashram.
Booked the place knowingly that this is an OYO property, but felt nothing like that at all. Door locks were broken, no kit was provided like Soap, Paste, Towels etc... The staff was rude while serving the food. Said that few good things were, Taste of the food was ok, could have been better. Overall the Booking process of the room and checking out was smooth. This rating can go up if they take care of this, train the staff. Mainly a Hospitality is the only solution.
Great Staying....Clean rooms, good service, good behaviour.. Specially the Uncle at the Reception is very helpfull and a humble person.
People booking on OYO or other websites - DO NOT be fooled by the pictures posted! The rooms were mouldy, the mattress and sheets were smelly and dirty and the overall hygiene was ridiculous! I didn't even get hot water! On top of that, the guy on reception took my phone to see the so called 'booking details' and rated himself five stars on OYO before I could ask anything! People can understand that it was hard for the hotels to maintain themselves during COVID and that the hotels might have suffered the damage due to non-maintenance but we do expect the bare minimum hygiene and courteous service from you guys. Was it so hard to provide, I don't think so!
