The place is super and very close to the main location. The room is not huge and decent. The AC and lights were working and it was good. The bathroom was too small to an extent the switches were covered with cell tape as the water can go while shower. The service can be improved and for everything they charge extra. I had gone for marathon and previous night due to inflammation had asked for ice cubes and they charged. While it's fine but the attitude to help is missing. We had asked for late checkout and they obliged and just half an hour before starting chasing if we are vacating. I will rate this hotel good for stay but don't expect A class service. Also the breakfast options were not great and there it needs lot of improvement. Overall i would say good stay with less on service

Good value for money. Relatively clean beds, linen, towels. But room furniture and flooring is dusty and not cleaned properly. Bathroom fittings are above average but cleaning can be better. Food at the hotel is very bad. They dont know how to prepare basic food dishes. Front and desk and room service is good. Location is the best.

Worst Hotel staff ever. A few months back my sister and brother in law came to ahmedabad for my marriage and they chose this pathetic place. The Hotel staff had the audacity to ask my sister why her surname is not the same as my brother in law's surname. Is it necessary for a woman to change her surname after marriage to be called married? This Hotel had made a scene about this when my sister had asked for an extra sliper and an extra dental kit(coz two adults simple math). Apparently their "Hotel Policy" does not allow unmarried couples/local IDs. They are MARRIED and also have a child. They have a marriage certificate as well. And they didn't even ask my sister about her local ID when she was checking in, she was asked whether she is married or not when she asked for an extra dental kit, it means they are just LAZY. Also please get over with the PATRIARCHAL behavior of yours. Pathetic staff and worst Hotel ever. DO NOT CHOSE THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR GUESTS TO AVOID EMBARRASSMENT ON YOUR D DAY!!!!!

Had a great stay here. Bit far from the airport though. But near to the tourist attractions.

Supremely Regressive Staff -- My Wife and I checked in on 18 Sep 23 -- the reception staff had the audacity to ask my wife why her name doesn't have her husbands name in the middle and why her last name is not same as her husbands. He even saw we had a 1.5 year old kid and the first thing in his mind was that since the wife's surname is not same as husbands, then the baby must be out of wedlock -- I absolutely would not recommend this hotel -- also didn't know Ahmedabad was so backward in it's thought process. Response to Hotel's comments: 1 Please share CCTV footage of the reception -- let's review the same and see where we harassed your staff because on both occasions I came to the reception to talk, also do you even know the meaning of the word harass or did you just learn a new english word recently and think it's cool to use it under any circumstance. 2 When we were checking in, why didn't reception staff raise doubts on me and my wife's marriage when he saw she had a different surname in her Aadhar, why did he start telling my wife on call after we checked in to the room that he has has suspicions 3 My wife has a local aadhar card so by your logic that you wrote she has to have her husband's surname as part of her name?? Is that what you are trying to say the rule of Gujarat is, that no woman can be allowed to keep her own surname after marriage? I'm going to post your response on all Social Media channels buddy because your thoughts are extremely backward 4 We asked for 2 things - (a) An extra pair of bathroom slippers because basic maths and common sense suggests two adults means two bathroom slippers (b) An extra dental kit because again basic maths and common sense suggests two adults means two dental kits. However as I understand your hotel rules are not based on common sense but based on stupidity. 5 Your reception staff had the audacity of questioning my wife why she has not changed her surname after marriage, WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE, THE MORALITY POLICE?

Cons - Untrained housekeeping staff - Food taste is average - Unclean drinking water - Room curtains are unclean and sheets are torn Pros - Good location - Good grade infra and good interiors - Reception staff are OK but still they can improve hospitality

The hotel is very well managed. The staff is helpful and the hospitality is noteworthy. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. The location is in the heart of the city, equidistant from the old as well as new parts of Ahmedabad. Parking is also available in the basement. I had hosted a wedding party in the hotel and the staff took special care of our guests, their rooms and their food. Overall a satisfactory experience.
