They did not have plates and other cutlery to provide stating we don't have restaurant so we don't keep any. Did not provide with other amenities other than a towel. Now proper hot water. They also charged extra on arrival than the amount shown while booking
I had booked the room based on ratings which seems is rigged and paid . one of the wrost hotel I ever booked ..don't know what commission MMT gets here ... No restaurant, breakfast Arrangement from outside that to after 8 am .. we gought just upma.. bathroom was stinky..it's real worth for a day is not more than 1500. many good hotels close to temple..must watch before booking .
They were extremely helpful and allowed us to check-in at 10am itself. We reached the hotel very early and I didn't want to wait. So that was a big plus. The service was also exceptional. Will definitely send a friend there.

Hotel staff is unfriendly. I arrived 1hr before but staff did not provided me room & asked to wait till CHECK IN time or pay 400Rs EXTRA. Though later I observed all rooms were vacant on the same floor but they have not shown hospitality ethics, not a welcome word or flexibility. Room No.204 TV is not working. Bedsheet are not clean. This hotel is nearer to railway station but looking at hotel management & staff behavior I don't recommend a stay here.
Worst hotel ever ....please don't book this hotel very Worst and very bad service they provide . Staff was like shouting on guest and didn't give keys to my guest . As a travel agent I book this hotel for 2 days and they charged 12k . When I request him to please cancel my 1N stay and whatever is your refundable amount percent you can take but they took 100% refundable amount to my guest ..the Guest didn't like the rooms . Rooms was very small and bed was broken no proper luggage service it's not a 3 star property it's budget property they send different photos of room and given room was terrible. They are fraud . My guest wait for key like 2-3hrs but they didn't respond ... please don't book this hotel they are fraud . Breakfast was very unhygienic . They are making money by frauding .
