When this hotel is very good service and food ,but now all is very bad ,no food,no staff, service 4th class, all room is smell. No lift working.

Very bad service. Toilet napkins and towels were not available. TV was not working. Charged full amount but no good service. Won't recommend to anyone until they improve the services.

Location right on the highway enroute Manali from Chandigarh, room was small and claustrophobic, with no window, overpriced, food was overpriced too
