The hotel is at a good location and their service is also good. The rooms are all clean and Agora Mall is at a short distance.

it was nice staying here. spacious room with hanging jula. nice n clean bed and cushions. however, as per price, their service is a little lower. not providing a coffee pouch. not given shampoo. no mineral water. no hand towelgiven only 2 milk powder packages. (however when I told them they gave me more than enough pouch of it so that I liked it) so TGS, when you took enough money like 1500-2500 for a room and do not provide a hand towel, coffee n shampoo worth 5-10 rupees it makes your impressions down. in golden rooms, 3 rooms were joined from the back open area and my room's window does not have a lock to close it. so it is not secure in some case.

i do not have pictures but i can explain my worst experience through this booking. first of al the person on the reception he needs to be polite with the guest. and later i found that the sliding doors lock which leads to terrace was broken. it didnt get locked,it is so easy for anybody to come in our room. we called one of the staff and complained about this he simply said that nobody will come & thats it. so zero privacy ?? zero for co operative staff. and apart from this during mid night we are able to hear some noise in room we were scared like something is wrong. we watched and found a really big rats all over in our room. but we used to ignore and slept again & what we see on next morning that so much of our stuff was destroyed by the rats. like my diary, cigarettes, especially my shoes. i was like very angry what the hell is this. i was very diaappointed by this service. we got late thats y i didnt complained to them & left.

Excellent service & staff one rating was cut due to we find Rat/mouse in our room other than this it was very good. Food from zomato is also allowed. Good connectivity

The pillow covers were not changed and were smelling. They changed when asked for it. The door handle of the bathroom was broken. Appeared overpriced.

I was stay in #112, room was so good, clean and all the accessories was working and excellent condition. Staff behavior is so good, over all services is look like a 5 star, Need to be a restaurant or food facility in the hotel so guest can enjoy own stay, Thanks

good accomodation, nice and clean, cooperative staff, calm and peaceful happy with service, you can order on zometo also and other restaurants they provide menu of restaurants nearby and also they pick up our food from the restaurant too.so overall good experience

Rooms were not hygienic, there is no food service at hotel . you have to order food from the other restaurant and the quality of food was very bad .
