Hotel staff & manager is not helpful, please don't stay here, very bad experience.

There are some problems: 1. Main water tank gets empty in no gut no one cares. 2. No power backup for Lifts. 3. No power backup for AC'S in rooms & resturant. 4. TV remotes don't work.

Nice stay with comfort and food and servicewise good. Prime highway location to approach Shapar GIDC.

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER The behavior of the manager with the guest is very bad. The manager has no manners to talk to guests. FIRST SAID 1500/- charges and later given bill of 2,000/- with hidden charges. Don't go worst hotel ever.

hotel location is good, but not visible. first time visitors may find little difficulties to find out. hotel staff good in nature but untrained, they don't know how to talk and what to ask their guests. complementary breakfast is very limited and staff will give you very dirty look when you ask them for anything. you will get your food but they won't give you water until or unless you ask them for water. I am writing this after my 2 days experience with them.

Nice Hotel to stay. Staff was good & cooperative. Food is also good with budget prices. Prices are good as per facility they are giving to the customer. I prefer to use this Hotel.

Awesome Food! Awesome Hospitality! WiFi should be made unlimited. And there are lot of mosquitoes, I wish they did something about that
