as to start with it's a hotel right next to their banquets so parking is a big time issue here, moving ahead to the reception one wouldn't be able to find it as it's on the 1st floor of the property as it's made somehow like an apartment structure. the staff is least bothered to entertain the guest as I found the staff a bit rude in language. comming to the room it's not as it's mentioned in description, comparatively smaller room, basic amenities such as intercom was not working , I had to go down back to the reception to ask for anything required . I booked the stay for 2 days as I had to attend a wedding nearby, due to which I asked the staff to make the room for next day which I had to get it done in front of me when I came back even after handing the keys at the reception too. I handed the keys at reception around 9am in the morning for cleaning and returned back around 2pm in the afternoon to which I found the keys are with the staff who was not in the hotel so I had to wait for the keys for another 20 minutes, n this also resulted in an unclean room. Even I couldn't take the shower properly as the shower head fall on me when I was taking shower.

Unacceptable Experience - Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff Rating: 1/5 I recently had the misfortune of booking a stay at The Grand Palace, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I had reserved two luxury rooms for a family function well in advance through Agoda, only to arrive on the scheduled day and be told that my rooms were not available. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by the staff, particularly Front office Manger Mr. Mahesh Raghav, was shocking. Despite my attempts to resolve the situation, Mr. Raghav showed no empathy, accountability, or willingness to assist. His behavior left me and my guests stranded without accommodation for a significant family event. The complete lack of transparency and responsibility on the part of the hotel is utterly disappointing. I expected a certain standard of service, especially when dealing with reservations made well in advance. The refusal to provide a written explanation or any form of acknowledgment only added to the frustration. I urge potential guests to think twice before booking with The Grand Palace. The service standards and the conduct of Mr. Raghav are far below acceptable levels. My hope is that this review serves as a warning to others and prompts the hotel management to address the glaring issues in their service and staff training. I believe that customers deserve better, and my experience at The Grand Palace falls far short of the expectations one should have when choosing accommodation for a special event.

We celebrated 50th anniversary of in-laws there. Decoration was nice. Food was nice. Slight improvement required in AC cooling. Catering service good. Valet parking available. Overall, it was wonderful experience. I think in Indirapuram, Grand palace is the only one with reasonable budget for gathering over 150 and great services

Well, just attended a bday party last night here and i am highly disappointed with the manager and catering team, they were cleverly serving cold old nans without butter saying its fresh butter nan and it has butter on it when confronted strongly manager came and told staff to bring fresh nan with butter, they even dont have sense to talk with guest the senior waiter said 'jaa jaake taaza naan leke aa or sun butter mei duba ke laana' Also when i told the manager will put review against this he said kr lena jo karna, so my suggestion fir this banquet is if you are really looking your guest to enjoy food and party for which you have to pay your hard earned money never NEVER NEVER book this place the waiters and management is so clever they will keep fresh hot food for themselves and give your guest old cold food. Beware

I had my engagement, the decor was fine, however, there was no cooling on the stage. Every person who is coming over the stage felt very hot! It was very difficult for us to resist on the stage. Next the food service was very slow! As per my relatives, the starters were not good and somewhere served from refrigirator! And at the time of family dinner, we have been served cool roti, the waiters took lot of time to serve food. One day before i went to the venue and asked for cake cutting preps, the venue manager/owner told me that "cake will be served by the waiter don't take tension ma'am apka engagement bht acha hoga" but family members have not been served cake as well. All over, we didnot like the service at the Grand palace, Indirapuram!

Have been there to attend one family function. Nice decoration and good food. But ONLY ONE washroom per floor.

We had celebrated my parent's 25th anniversary here. All thanks to Mr. Pallab for helping us organise and manage everything. His incredible support has allowed us to have an amazing and memorable night. From decor to food, the arrangement was perfect. The guests were all very pleased. Thanks to the staff and a very special thanks to Mr. Pallab for the same.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a wedding ceremony at this lovely venue. The overall ambiance was delightful and created a warm and inviting atmosphere. However, I must note that parking was a bit of a challenge. Once inside, I was blown away by the incredible food offerings. The dishes were not only beautifully presented but also absolutely delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this venue for any special occasion
