It was very bad experience at the hotel. There was a guy named Manish Behl on the counter he asked me to pay 940 RS for a very ordinary stain on a bed sheet. Also very bad behaviours From the staff. Very pathetic experience from the staff. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. They are charging very high rates on a very simple products very very bad experience

Hotel is under renovation....location are superb. It located on hart of city. U can book railway and roadways tickets. 24 house taxi and local transportaion are avilable. The room tariff are nice. Interior of room are average. Service and food quality are also average. They provided hall for exhibition and party or event.

Very worst service that I ever had. I called him and ask about the prices of the hotel room, they told me the prices after the discount of 30% for the corporates and after reaching the hotel they denied to give rooms at that price.

The location of the Hotel is good. Center of the city. Everything is within reach from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. However, the AC is pretty old. It's astonishing that it's still working and keeping the room cool at 43 degree Celsius. But, it makes hell lot of noise. Feels like a cooler is in the room. Staff is reasonably good. Check in, check out was smooth. Food is a little pricy. The best part about the hotel is their parking lot. Ample space for parking. I'd totally spend another weekend at this Hotel.

We are a family of four and I came here for a four day stay for my sister's wedding. I stayed here from 01/05/2023 till the morning of 04/05/2023. The staff were really unmannered and rude. The washbasin was clogged and the pots were dirty. The arrangements were not proper. They said that the room will be cleaned only twice a day and if there is an emergency then they don't come. When my sister's Henna ritual was going on the room got really dirty so when we called for room service to clean the room but they were refusing to come. The taste of the water was really bad, it seemed that they were not filtering the water before serving the customers. The food items are really expensive. The receptionist continuously kept on calling us from the night of 03/05/2023 and disturbed us by asking when are we going to check out even though the rooms were booked till 4th. Compared to what room prices they have taken, the services are not up to the mark. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone for any event or even to stay individually.

The service of this hotel is not good at all, it is very troubling, the management is not good. the customer is harassed a lot
