Hotel the grand - Hotel in Robertsganj - Sonbhadra, India

One of the best place to stay in Robersganj. I was travelling alone for a official work and the owner helped me a lot . Staff was very friendly. Even the manager came to pickup me from the station because I arrived there in late night hours. My overall experience was too good. Rooms were spacious and beautifully designed.

Very Poor Services, their geysers for hot water are not working in rooms ,small rooms ,You have to call many times on reception and restaurant than somebody will response but over all all Services are bad.

Everything is just good. If you visit there don't forget to order Chinese food. I have tried myself and it's the best. The whole menu is yummy.

The found it the best option to stay in Robertsganj while traveling for work. It safe for solo female traveller as well as good option for any personal or business stay Rates are also affordable for room and resturant both.

Poor rooms, with Cockroaches. Don't dare to spend your precious time otherwise You will regret. Bathroom is so old, not managed properly. Overall property is at good place but it has no maintenance.

I am really enjoying the hospitality ,cleanliness and quality of the rooms available in the heart of the city and it is worth recommendable for the class and pricing both.

Amazing experience. Service is very good. Food is very delicious. I stayed one night. Location is batter . acchaa thaa sb kuch aur log v acchaa hai staff are very friendly to front office managers superb job.

Very poor service at reception itself. They didn't showed any courtsey to us. The rooms were vacant but they insisted only for higher tariff rooms. Left from the reception itself
