Hotel The grace house - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel in Delhi! The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the room service was top-notch. The staff's behavior was friendly and accommodating. Plus, the hotel's proximity to RK Ashram Marg Metro Station was extremely convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay near Central Delhi, easy to get around and you can reach everything with a short Uber ride. Hotel is nice and clean, the manager is super helpful with everything from rooms to getting guides, recommendations etc.., Aircondition works and bathrooms are nice and spacious. We stayed for 5 nights with family and everything worked well. Price is fair.

Stayed two nights. Had visited atleast 10-15 hotels before finalising this one. Good hotel with clean rooms, smart tv, clean washroom and 24/7 hot water. Staff is polite and manager is very helpful. Will definitely recommend anyone looking for a good budget hotel with good location. One more advice from own experience to the tourists - don't fall for the brokers who says they will show you hotels around.

The hotel is the worst I have been to. Delhi mein itna bura service .. I didn't expect... we booked a conducted tour to Delhi through them only to find that while the rest of the people in the bus paid 700 per person we paid 1000 .... apparent scam... I regret booking it ... another thing that I hated is that we had asked for towels at around 5 pm but they never came to deliver... it was past 12 when the bell to our room rang and it was the service boy with towels... that was infuriating. They have no sense and I could have never imagined that a hotel can be so poorly managed.

The rooms were detestable with little space and no windows... the service was worse (one would wonder how that is even possible)... we asked for quilts and were provided with old smelly and visibly dirty ones and then we called for sheets that we may use to cover ourselves under those quilts and the white sheets were almost grey... we had to change our room by the next night and we got one with a little more space(at least we could stand in this one) but the bathroom door was broken.. the ac didn't work and the sink was broken too... this hotel has by far been the worst that I have been to .. the service was so bad I almost blew up at them... the people (even the ones in the counter) were not at all hospitable and they made the stay worse... the only upside was the location but that location has many more hotels that I am sure will provide better experience because it is hardly difficult at all to overperform the grace house

Please do call and confirm their policies before booking because they tend to change them every minute. We booked the hotel because it was specifically mentioned that local IDs are allowed. Upon reaching they said local IDs are not allowed we can't allocate you the room. Like seriously? Someone came all the way being dependent on you, assured that their hotel is booked but this is the way you treat them. Shut down your hotel mates. Manager directly said sorry we can't help please go home. Shame! Huge shame on you guys.

Best and budget friendly hotel I visited many times and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and hyginic.

It was nice hotel, but once you step outside or even when you reach the lobby you get the smell of the city
