Worst place to stay! The staff is rude and threatened to file an FIR against us without a reason . Very rude people , worst experience. No one should stay with people who make them feel unsafe. I had international guests stay there and they still made them feel unsafe. The staff was drunk and was trying to extort money from our international guests.
I have never seen such a dirty hotel. No body wash, no shampoo and no handwash in the washroom. No electricity back up. Rooms are full of mosquitos. Escalated the issue at reception and realized that hotel team is good for nothing. Very casual approach. Have also ordered dinner and the same was not up to the expectations. Have paid INR. 3500/- for room and INR. 2160/- for dinner. Worst experience. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
Good reasonable rate for catering stay or business. Location is a bit away from main road yet close to wireless or cannibal chowraha.
Rooms and locality is fine. But hotel and the reception staff were rude . Was staying there for 5 days , had gone to ask for stay extension for one day response was uncivilized especially toward females.
I went to this hotel cum banquet hall on 20.6.2023 with my family & friend family to attend my friend pre-wedding event (mahila sangeet) evening time.
Located adjacent L Road, nearby Wireless Chauraha/crossroad, actually inside a tiraha before wireless crossroad. Location inside residential area of Mahanagar, with some commercial activities around.
This venue is medium sized hotel 20m*60m in size (rectangular shaped). It has around 4-5 floors, ground floor is occupied by reception just inside entrance & connecting back large banquet hall. Rest of floors above are occupied by hotel rooms. Parking just inside hotel complex walls, main gate. Limited parking available for 10-15 vehicles.
Outside 2 wheeler parking available, small visit. Security guards, camera present.
Reception + banquet hall staff is polite & cooperative.
This hotel is the last choice for a guest who wants a comfortable sleep at night. This hotel hosts weddings and social functions with blaring music at night . The hotel managemnt refuses to do anything about adhering to Supreme Court guidelines against loud music. One just cannot sleep in this hotel due to loud music and pathetic attitude of the hotel to cheat their customers of promising a comfortable stay when they can't even provide a conducive environment for guests to be able to sleep at night. NOT RECOMMENDED a to stay in this hotel
We recently attended a family function. We really enjoyed our 3 days stay and delicious food here. All rooms were very well furnished and maintained. Service and hospitality were excellent. Overall very pleasing and comfortable stay!
