This hotel is at best location nearby river Ganges, at affordable prices starting from INR 1000, elevator available, rooms are clean. Room mattresses are highly uncomfortable as you can feel the touch of mattress metal springs. Veg & non-veg restaurant available in the hotel. Hotel location is good and far from crowded areas. Free parking available. 24 hrs guard security available for cars parked outside as well as hotel.

Terrible and pathetic hotel. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Hotel the Glory, which I booked through the Agoda app. After a long 7+ hour journey, my companions and I arrived at the hotel, only to be met with a series of unfortunate events. Upon reaching the reception, we informed them that we had a valid booking. We had secured rooms at a lower rate on the app than the hotel's listed prices. To our disbelief, the hotel staff denied our check-in and insisted that they had not received any payment or confirmation, even though they had. It became evident that they were trying to hide this fact. Their suggested solution was baffling. Instead of addressing the issue themselves, they asked us to contact the app's management team. We reluctantly complied and reached out to the app's support. To our surprise, they confirmed that the payment had indeed been processed. To add to the frustration, the hotel management claimed to have contacted Hotel the Glory, but the hotel staff refused to acknowledge their calls and feigned ignorance. The entire ordeal was marked by the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the hotel staff, who showed a complete lack of empathy. To make matters worse, the hotel staff demanded that if we wanted to stay in the hotel, we'd have to pay extra to make up for the rest of the price of the rooms. This clearly indicated that they had received both payment and confirmation of our booking. After wasting over an hour and a half at the hotel, we were left with no choice but to leave. Thankfully, the app's management team promptly provided a refund for our reservation. In conclusion, Hotel the Glory provided an abysmal experience. Their staff was uncooperative, rude, and seemed to have no regard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against booking a stay at this hotel, as my experience left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated.

Hotel owner and staff are cheaters. We had online booked 3 rooms, amount paid online but they refused to give the rooms and asked us more money inorder to get the already booked rooms. They said they have not received the payment. Our whole tour schedule was ruined. In addition, they took 3 IDs instead of one ID. If they don't have received the money and we don't have the booking, why they have took our IDs.

I attended a small family get together here. The hall is on the 4th floor and big enough for around 20 people. The ambience and lightning was good and the food was ok. The location is on the main road and is easily accessible.

Rooms are very small. There is no lock in the washroom. AC doesn't work. Definitely this property is not suited for anyone. The staff are rude not at all safe for people who are travelling with females. There is no service from the hotel side. Though this property doesn't come under OYO but still it is worse than that. There are property nearby which far better than this. There are insects all over room. RUDE AND MISBEHAVED STAFF

It is good hotel for stay nearby AIIms Rishikesh and veerbhadra mandir. Good rooms with attached bathroom with warm and cold water facility. Attractive Panoramic view. There is a well decorative restaurant with tasty food. Thay are offering Indian, Chinese and tandoori food. You can vegetarian and non-vegetarian food also with good taste. Breakfast lunch and dinner you can enjoy here.

Rooms are fine in look. But no any room service provided by hotel staff. We have to carry our luggages from vehicle to room by own. No any person received call on reception.

Do not trust on the good reviews, very bad hotel. Staff is arrogant, delay in services, cleanliness is worst, room service almost not there, even food is so bad, no test at all. Even half start is also I do not not recommend
