Bad experience... The worst service I have ever got from a hotel.... The staffs & owner here are really worst... They don't know how to behave with there customers... I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.
Good place for stay, at a reasonable price, food is at reasonable price. Two star down due to 1. Cleaning staff can be seen sitting on the beds and chairs and watching TV during the cleaning time in the rooms. 2. AC doesn't work on generator. 3.staff are unprofessional without any dress. 4. No non veg food. 5. Cable TV not working properly. 6. Rooms are bit small. 7. No customized toiletries.
In the room locks are damaged no one repair these. 202 room lock is broken..it's issue about your safety.othersise service is not bad. Good for visiting once ! Just walking distance from Ludhiana railway station..

one of the best hotel in the main Brown road.... hospitality so good ... when i stayed for three day i never felt its hotel ... it was homely atmosphere... in house resturant is good server all type foods... also right oppsite there is resturant Dhaba they serve traditional Paratha Potato, onion , flower and Chole puri in the morning and evening south indian dosa & paneer tikka (tandoori).... on the whole i liked the hotel staffs attiutde... i had 35 min to catch the train ... one person accompanied with me to ensure i catch the train... wow .... Guys good for family stay... Wifi is bit slow but its ok...
