Hotel Hotel The first was fantastic. A lovely hotel that is exceedingly clean and comfy despite its age. Both the supper and breakfast were excellent. The whole hotel personnel went out of their way to be accommodating. Bathrooms that are spotless and provide hot water...

This hotel is very nice for the price. Simple and convenient. I only had a one-night stay, but the staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel location is great.

We had a mixed experience staying in this hotel. While checkin, the receptionist was clueless about our MMT booking. We had to wait for a long time while check-in to get the booked rooms which was quite disappointing for a traveller arriving at Agra from a different place. As they were clueless about our booking, they were trying to give us a merged family room whereas we booked two separate rooms. When we showed disagreement, the lady receptionist provided us two separate rooms like a kotha (small room without any ventilation), stinking bathroom and damped walls. While complaining about the rooms, the lady receptionist did not take an initiative for room swapping. I had to call the owner of the hotel, Mr Goyal, who was really helpful and patiently responded to our problems and was kind enough to swap to a better ventilated room. We faced challenges with geaser too. During our 3 nights stay, they couldn't repair the geaser. They just arranged the hot water in a bucket once and we managed from other room rest of the days. Lady receptionist is of no use as she can just blabber with an attitude. This hotel doesn't have restaurant but they can arrange food from their own restaurant which is about 1-2 kms from this place but we did not try food from their restaurant so I cannot comment anything about the taste and quality. There are quite a few nearby restaurants like Haldirams, Agra Chaat house, Gnb so having quality food at this place is not a concern. My opinion is if you are getting a better hotel by spending little more pennies then look out for hotels in the same area (Tajganj), in case if budget is a constraint for you then go ahead with this hotel but make sure you talk to the owner, Mr Goyal, for all your concerns. He is very approachable and will surely solve your queries.

The Hotel Manager is a personable and informative individual. The hotel also serves delicious cuisine. Overall, I appreciated my stay.

Hotel with costs that aren't too high. You can walk to the Taj Mahal. The person in charge of the hotel is nice and knows a lot about it. Himanshu Goyal is an excellent boss. There are also tasty meals at the hotel. Overall, it was a great time for me.
