Hotel Excellency is situated in heart of Hazira industrial Area, the best thing about this place is you can easily move to surat city from this place and reaching any industrial area is easy. The ambiance of this place is good and services provided are excellent.
They have a total of 82 rooms and two banquet hall. Room are clean and bathrooms are well maintained.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room hygiene was impeccable, and I felt completely at ease. The staff were incredibly supportive and made my visit extra special with their excellent service. And let's not forget the food - it was delicious! I can't wait to come back!
It's basically not hotel. It's apartments in which we have to accommodate. Really very nice place to stay for long. Staff and other facilities are good.

The pictures of the hotel on the internet look really interesting! However, awful place...very filthy, trained but very shabby arrogant staff,
. First room allotted was in a building behind the hotel. The lift wouldn't go up to the 4th floor, would stop at 3 and walk up the rest! The lift wouldn't work most of the time! The wash basin was in the room,the bathroom was too small to accommodate it!
Chairs, curtains stained,glass table filthy...
Next room,which I got changed was good...but facing the road with two large windows without curtains!! When requested for curtains at the reception,they asked me if I needed curtains!!! Shoddy job was done of putting up the curtains!
Breakfast had only one item,either idli sambhar,or dosa sambhar,poori bhaji,cold poha!! No choice, omlette on request was charged extra....dinner would take minimum one hour and most of the time listed items from the menu card when ordered were not available!!
The fights in the kitchen could be heard in the restaurant! Before the waiter could come to inform the unavailability of any item,I would know it!!
Very far from the main city. Station to hotel took RS 300 by can, Rick...most of the time rides would get cancelled..
Billing was another issue! No proper formats,no hotel printed stationery for invoice. Asked for food bills,sent room invoice on bill!! Took 45 minutes to create food Bill in Excel format with no dates mentioned....

Beds too hard, not comfortable at all. Buffet options for Breakfast and Dinner limited with no much choice.
